We all need a little help now and then...
Not receiving your weekly emails?
Jack usually sends out his email each Saturday.
Spam blocking software, either on your computer or at your Internet Service Provider (ISP),
may be intercepting Jack's weekly message. Check any "spam", "junk mail", or "bulk mail" folders
you may have to see if the email ended up there.
If your anti-spam software has a "White List" feature, add email@example.com to the list.
If not, try adding that address to your address book. That helps with services like AOL and HotMail.

Trouble Logging In?
If the system can't log you in, it will display an error message such as "invalid password" or "account expired". Please re-check
your entries and try again. Remember, passwords are case-sensitive. If you've forgotten your password, we can email it to you.
If you keep returning to the login screen, but don't receive an error message, this usually indicates a cookie problem. The system is logging you in, but without the cookie it instantly forgets who you are and asks you to log in again.
Here are a few things to check:
- If you're using a web-based email client, such has HotMail, Yahoo Mail, etc., they may be opening Jack's site in what is called a frame.
For privacy reasons, your web browser may block Jack's cookie when the site is in a frame. To get around this, open up a seperate web browser window and manually
browse to www.JacksCalls.com/login.asp (you might want to add this to your Favorites List). Then try to log in again.
- Make sure your computer's clock is accurate. If it's set too far in the future or past your cookie will expire instantly.
- In your Internet Options, make sure your Privacy Setting is no higher than "Medium High". Any higher and your browser will block our cookie.
- Please make sure they you aren't running any software that blocks cookies. This includes programs like GuardDog and Norton Internet Security.
